RUN BGD is a Belgrade city platform: stories, a curated map, an agency and its work, and a shop. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.

There is no checkout yet. Nothing in the shop can be bought on this site today. Product pages list what is coming and let you join the drop list; prices shown are indicative and not an offer to sell. The concept store is a plan for a physical space, not an open venue.

The writing, photography, design and code on this site belong to RUN BGD or to the contributors credited on each piece. Read it, link to it, quote a passage with attribution — but don't republish a whole article, lift the photography, or reuse the branding without asking us first.

Venues, brands and people named in editorial coverage are referred to for reporting purposes. Their names and marks belong to them, and a mention here is not a claim of affiliation or endorsement.

Map entries carry a label, and the labels mean what they say. RUN BGD Approved is our own editorial recommendation, Verified means we've checked the place exists and the details are right, Partner means there is a working relationship, and Sponsored means the placement was paid for. We show which is which rather than blending them together.

Opening hours, prices and whether a place is still trading change without warning, and we don't always find out first. Call ahead. Treat the map as a good starting point, not a guarantee.

RUN BGD introduces you to independent guides; RUN BGD is not the tour operator unless a page says so in as many words. The people on Tours & Local Guides work for themselves. We interview each of them before they appear, we say when that happened, and we route your request — but the tour itself is an agreement between you and the guide, on their rates and their terms.

A request sent from a tour or guide page is a request, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until the guide replies to you. Prices, durations and group sizes shown on those pages are what the guide told us; they can change, and the guide's own confirmation is what counts.

Money never moves through this site. You pay the guide directly, as the two of you agree. Never pay deposits through chat — not on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or anywhere else — and never into an account RUN BGD has not named to you in writing. Nobody from RUN BGD will ask you to send money to a personal account to hold a date. If someone claiming to be one of our guides asks you to, tell us before you send anything.

Verification means we met the person, checked what they told us and were willing to put our name next to theirs. It is not insurance, it is not a licence we issue, and it is not a promise about what happens on the day. Guides who are state-licensed or carry their own insurance say so on their profile; where a page says nothing, assume nothing.

RUN BGD is not a letting agency, and does not own, manage or let any of the flats on Stay. Every listing belongs to a service partner — a landlord, a letting agent or a relocation agency — whom we have checked before their listings appear. Each listing says which of three things we are, and the three are genuinely different:

• Concierge — we did not find the flat and we are paid nothing for it. We pass your inquiry to the partner and follow up. This is what most listings are.
• Referral partner — the same as above, except that the partner pays RUN BGD a referral fee if you take the flat. It costs you nothing extra and it does not change what we show you, but you should know it, which is why the listing says so.
• Listing agent — RUN BGD represents this listing and is the one you deal with about it. Rare, and always stated.

A stay request is a request, not a reservation and not a lease. Nothing is held for you, and the rent, deposit, utilities and minimum term shown on a listing are what the partner told us — the contract you sign is what counts. Listings say when their availability was last confirmed, and one nobody re-confirms stops being shown rather than quietly going stale, but a flat can be taken between the confirmation and your message.

Where a listing shows an approximate location, that is deliberate: the map draws the area, not the door. Ask the partner for the address when you arrange a viewing.

Money never moves through this site, and RUN BGD never takes a deposit or rent. Never pay a deposit through chat. Verify the contract, the owner's authority and the payment details before transferring money.Never send money for a flat you have not seen, to an account RUN BGD has not named to you in writing, or to anyone who will not put the agreement on paper first. A “landlord” who needs a transfer today to hold the keys is the oldest rental scam there is, and it is run on people who have not landed yet. If someone claiming to be one of our partners asks you for one, tell us before you send anything.

Verification means we checked who the partner is and were willing to put our name next to theirs. It is not a guarantee about the flat, it is not insurance, and it is not a licence we issue. Suspending a partner takes every listing of theirs down at once — which is exactly why we would rather show you an empty page than an unchecked one.

Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve capacity or commit either of us to anything. We read what comes in and reply to what we can take on, but we can't promise a reply to everything. Any actual engagement is agreed separately, in writing.

Don't submit anything through these forms that you don't have the right to share — someone else's confidential material especially. What happens to what you do send is described in the Privacy draft.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, stores form submissions in Cloudflare D1, and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the forms. The map is rendered with MapLibre GL using OpenFreeMap tiles. Those services have their own terms, and an outage in any of them is an outage here.

Links out to other websites are provided because they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what's on the other end.

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we don't promise it will be free of errors or always reachable, and we may change or remove any part of it.

The extent of RUN BGD's liability, and the law and courts that govern any dispute, are exactly the parts a lawyer has to set — see below. Nothing on this page should be read as limiting rights you have under Serbian consumer or data protection law.
