We work with a small number of landlords, letting agents and relocation agencies, and we check each of them before a single listing goes up: who you are, what you actually manage, and whether the paperwork matches. Nobody appears on this page before that conversation happens.

You keep your own rates and your own terms. We route the inquiry, name you, say what our own role in the listing is, and ask you to confirm availability every month — a listing nobody re-confirms stops being shown. Read the full arrangement in Terms.
